In Circle of Security, parents and caregivers learn to:
Read their child’s emotional cues more clearly
Support independence without pushing too hard
Comfort big emotions instead of shutting them down
Notice their own triggers and respond more calmly
Repair relationships after tough moments (because no one’s perfect)
Parents of babies, toddlers, and young children
Foster/adoptive parents
Caregivers, grandparents, early childhood educators
Anyone wanting to strengthen attachment and emotional security
