Chit Chat
Join us for a casual meet-up for kids and caregivers! Adults can chat and relax while the kids play with all of FSN's toys. You are welcome to come on your own as well - no kiddos required.
Weekly, Tuesdays from 9:30 to 10:30
Friday and Saturday Playdates
Games, activities, snacks, and time to relax with friends.
4th Fridays and the following Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00
Toddler Tunes
Children and parents sing and dance together, while learning simple ways to engage children in music and movement.
Monthly, 1st Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:00
Family Yoga
A fun-filled class for kids and their parents/caregivers that introduces busy little bodies to the benefits of yoga in a fun and accessible way. This class aims to teach social-emotional skills and promote the benefits of mind and body connection.
Monthly; 2nd Saturdays from 10:00 to 10:30 for toddlers and 10:30-11:00 for school-age children.
No Family Yoga in January due to observance of MLK, Jr. Day
Move With Me
This toddler movement class offers a fun and interactive way to develop motor skills, creativity, and the connection between the mind and body.
Monthly, 2nd Wednesdays from 10:00 to 11:00
Toddler Craft
FSN’s monthly crafts and hands-on activities are a pleasure for grown-ups and kids.
Monthly; 3rd Wednesdays 10:00 to 11:00
following Saturday from 10:00 to noon
A series intended to help parents, caregivers, and all local adults find or expand their community in Los Alamos. We want to give reasons to gather that are focused on fostering our adult peer relationships. Make friends, find community, and establish connections while doing something fun for yourself.

Family Hikes with PEEC
A collaboration of FSN and Pajarito Environmental Education Center, Family Hikes help families of all kinds get outside and become familiar with our local trails. Details will be provided for upcoming hikes (e.g. if they are stroller friendly/accessible, and how to prepare).
1-2 times monthly; days and times vary

Reasons to Gather (adults only)
Bring your own lunch and join us on the FSN lawn (weather permitting) every Thursday that we’re open. With or without kids, take a break from home or work and spend time with us.

Field Trips
Join FSN for field trips near and far. Previous FSN field trips have included the New Mexico Wildlife Center, museums, the Los Alamos Fire Department, Alpacas in the Jemez, various hikes, Los Alamos Co-op, and more.
