SmART Parenting is a gathering for ALL parents’ of children ages 0-5 that would like a creative and hands on way to reflect on the many challenges and joys that parenting brings. Without judgment, these themes will be explored:

• self-care
• parenting strategies
• relationships
• fears that come with parenting

Childcare and snacks will be provided while the parents enjoy hands on activities and discussion with co-facilitators Shannan Greenlee and Tara Adams.
