Set your own goals. Build your strengths. Map your route to success. Make your dreams a reality. Gain the courage to be who you want to be. What is stopping you? EYF at the Family Strengths Network helps youth:
- Clarify dreams and values - what do they want?
- Define and overcome challenges - what is stopping them?
- Identify personal assets - what have they got going for them?
- Design a personal blueprint for success - how do they get there from here?
- Set attainable short and long term goals with realistic time lines.
- Develop a positive attitude, the courage to change, and a trust that they can be successful.
