Stress Less Early Childhood: Newborn – Age 5

Giving love to a baby or young child all day can be rewarding and draining. Replenish yourself with this workshop for parents and caregivers. We will discuss strategies for stressing less, relationships with immediate and extended family, and establishing social networks. There will also be plenty of time for open discussion and problem-solving. When you are healthy and happy, it is easier to help your children be healthy and happy! Ms. Moss has been working with young children and their families for 35 years, including 25 years at Little Forest Playschool. She taught early childhood courses to educators and parents at Santa Fe Community College, Northern New Mexico College, and UNM-LA. Jen contracts with many early childhood education centers in NM to teach and advise staff.
