FSN is pleased to co-sponsor this Los Alamos Heart Council event in honor of National Heart Month. Proper nutrition and physical activity can prevent obesity, enable children to grow to their full potential, and improve academic performance. This enlightening seminar will explore principles of healthy eating and activity and review effective and ineffective weight control measures for children and teens.
