Family Yoga

Kids ages 2—5 and an adult
Dates: Tuesdays Jan. 17th - May 29th. {No class Feb. 21st or April 3rd} Time: 10:00 – 10:45 Instructor: Sarah Gustafson Cost: $30/six session “Yoga Card” pass, or $6 for a “try it” session (applied to cost of pass if you register). We can keep your Yoga Card at FSN so you don’t have to search for it when you come. Yoga Cards expire May 29, 2012. Registration: Class size is limited to 16, including children. What to Bring: Yoga mats or bath towels, comfortable clothes, a stuffie or quiet toy
We will weave yoga poses into story, song, and games to foster creative expression while developing coordination and balance. Parents and children gain flexibility, strength, and awareness in body and mind. Sarah is wonderful at engaging little minds and bodies! Adults may bring one or two children. Dads welcome, too!

EYF at the Family Strengths Network helps youth:
- Clarify dreams and values - what do they want?
- Define and overcome challenges - what is stopping them?
- Identify personal assets - what have they got going for them?
- Design a personal blueprint for success - how do they get there from here?
- Set attainable short and long term goals with realistic time lines.
- Develop a positive attitude, the courage to change, and a trust that they can be successful.
